Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! In addition to normal insurance policies you will receive we offer $1,000 in damage protection included in the cost of every move.

What’s included in the rate?

Everything is included in our hourly rate. You will never find a trip charge or fuel charge like most companies. If we are packing and providing materials those are charged per item. If you use a credit card to pay there is a 2.5% credit card fee.

When does the clock start?

The clock starts when we leave the truck yard or previous move; The clock stops when everything is off the truck.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash and all major credit cards. No checks.

Why isn’t there a set afternoon time?

There are so many things that impact this and we don’t want to break our word. After the truck completes its morning job then the crew leader will call you and tell you they are on the way.

What is your minimum charge?

We have a 2-hour minimum charge.

Do you have a deposit?

How do I prepare for moving day?

When moving locally it’s important to ensure you have all the items not going in a designated area and show the movers when they arrive. If you did not hire our crew for packing service then everything that is not furniture should be in cardboard boxes or plastic bins with a lid, taped, and labeled so our crew knows what room the box goes into. This includes lamps, lamp shades, t.v’s, bedding, clothes, and more. You can leave soft items in dresser drawers our crew will move dressers as is. Overall, if you need help with packing call us for advice!

What if I need to cancel?

Things happen. If your plans have changed let us know. No fees of any kind will be charged.

When do I pay for the move?

When the work is completed the crew leader will take your payment.

Do you mount and dismount TVs?

We can take your TV from the wall but do not currently provide dismount and remounting services.

Do you move out-of-state

Arrow Down

No, we can take you anywhere in the greater Denver area and along the front range between Boulder and Colorado Springs.

What can’t be moved

  • Valuables; cash, jewelry, gold coin collections, etc.
  • Medication
  • Items prohibited by law
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammables
  • Grand Pianos
  • Items exceeding 500lbs.

Can I leave clothes in my dresser?

Yes, you can! Please pack anything heavier than your shirts and underwear in a box.

How big are the trucks?

All trucks are 26 ft. box trucks.

How many trucks will I need?

We need to discuss this one over the phone.

Do you need to come to view my Nest prior to the move?

Arrow Down

Most of the time we do not need to see this prior to proving an estimate. If you have a larger home or some unique circumstances, we will send someone out to speak with you directly.

What about my bed and appliances?

This is what we do. We have basic tools to get your bed disassembled and reassembled in your new nest. Your appliances will be unhooked and re-hooked up as they were. We can’t connect or disconnect any gas appliances.

Do you offer storage

Yes, and the first month is on us!

What if my stuff gets damaged?

We don’t want to damage your stuff but it sometimes happens during a move. If the crew sees it, they will immediately bring it to your attention so can get on the phone with a manager. Included in the hourly cost is a $1,000 in damage protection or if we need to make an insurance claim they will walk you through the process.
